    The potentially affected products were manufactured and sold between August 1, 2010 and January 29, 2013. These products were marketed and sold only to professional electrical wholesale supply distributors for use by commercial property owners. They were not sold through mainstream retail stores such as Home Depot, Target, Lowes, Wal-Mart, etc. They were shipped from Philips distribution warehouses to customers during the noted time frame. A list of all affected product numbers is attached to this FAQ, along with an illustrative photograph of each product.

     

    For further information, you should call the recall hotline at (800) 634-0138 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. You may also email us anytime at lightingCAreturns@signify.com. You will need to provide the following information:  the date code(s) and product number(s), name and location of the distributor/sales representative from whom you purchased the product(s), the date(s) of your purchase(s), and number of affected units that you purchased.
