The AELTC has played host to The Championships in Wimbledon since 1877. The total estate covers 42 acres and, as well as the 18 grass courts (including Centre Court and No.1 Court), includes numerous indoor courts, museum, changing rooms, restaurants and bars, offices and operational rooms. Most buildings have either a legacy Philips or new Philips Dynalite lighting controls system, and every year AELTC develop their estate, with an ongoing programme of improvements and upgrades to existing and new buildings, with Gemini as their trusted lighting controls partner.
