    A veteran local government leader, having worked for the County of San Diego and City of San Diego as well as a stint in public affairs, David is the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Carlsbad and the Co-chair of the San Diego Regional Smart Cities Collaborative.

    Fabio Vignoli

    Fabio Vignoli holds a Master’s in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in information science from the University of Genova, Italy. After joining Philips Research in 2001, he moved to Philips Lighting as R&D Manager. In 2017, Fabio joined the Corporate Security Department. Since 2019, he has been the head of product security for the Digital Solutions Division at Signify.

    Barbara Kreissler

    Barbara Kreissler is Director of professional lighting in the global Public and Government Affairs department at Signify.

     

    She is responsible for global strategic outreach and stakeholder management of public-private partnerships with a focus on energy, climate change and smart city programs. As such she enables and facilitates the transition of cities, states and regions to energy efficient, sustainable LED lighting solutions and IOT-enabled lighting systems and services.
