The new Bodine BSL06M5 6W emergency LED driver is the first of its kind emergency solution in a compact metal housing, designed for space-limited LED applications and easily installs directly to the junction box.
With the new compact design and the included plenum rated metal test switch assembly, BSL06M5 provides a greater ease of installation by removing the need for conduits and mounting bracket normally found in traditional emergency LED driver installations. The color-coded, poke-in terminals also enhance wiring accuracy and eases installation.
The BSL06M5 comes in two variations: bottom wire entry/stud mount and side and bottom wire entry/no studs. Both come with the plenum rated metal test switch assembly.
The BSL06M5 is UL Listed for factory or field installation in the U.S. and Canada and meets California Energy Commission (CEC) Title 20 efficiency standards.
Even before its release, the BSL06M5 was recognized on the 2020 IES Progress Report. The IES Progress Committee accepts products based on their uniqueness, innovation, and significance to the lighting industry. Out of over 100 submittals, the BSL06M5 was one of the products recognized for its contribution to the lighting industry.
