Zeljko Kosanović joined Signify in May 2017 as CFO of Professional Business, then taking over as Group Controller in April 2021 and appointed Group CFO in April 2024.
Before joining Signify, Zeljko held a variety of senior roles over a 24-year international career with Schneider Electric, including Sr. Vice President Global Finance Transformation, Zone President for East Asia markets (South-East Asia, Korea, Taiwan), Sr. Vice President & CFO for Asia Pacific markets, Sr. Vice President Business Development & CFO Africa, Middle-East, South America & Iberia markets, CFO Brazil, Mergers & Acquisitions Corporate Officer.
He has lived and worked in France, UK, Egypt, Pakistan, Brazil, Spain, China and The Netherlands. Zeljko, a French national, holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, a Master’s degree in International Business from IAE Grenoble in France, and a B.A. in European Business from Nottingham Trent University in the UK.
Harshavardhan (Harsh) Chitale has been a member of Signify’s Board of Management since May 2023, alongside his role as CEO of the Professional Business, which he has held since 2017.
Harsh joined Signify in 2015 to lead the company in Greater India. Prior to this, he was CEO of HCL Infosystems in India between 2010 and 2014 and held various management positions at Honeywell and Tata in both India and the USA.
An Indian national, Harsh has a B. Tech Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
