We engage, support and collaborate with our suppliers in their pursuit of continuous improvement in social and environmental performance. For example, we set clear targets and provide timely progress updates. We provide tailor-made training and coaching on specific social, environmental and governance issues. And we audit supplier performance, crucially providing proper support to help non-compliant suppliers take corrective action.

The journey towards supply chain sustainability is a challenging one, often requiring an industry-wide effort in collaboration with other societal stakeholders. That’s why we take a leading role in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and encourage our strategic suppliers to join the RBA too.

Integrity is fundamental to our sustainability efforts. We do not tolerate any form of unethical behavior by our employees or business partners. If you have any concern on how our business is being conducted, we encourage you to speak up by contacting the Ethics line .

The Ethics line provides an online tool and a phone line (available 24/7 in your local language) operated by a third-party supplier specialized in the offering of this service. Any information you provide is only shared with those responsible for handling your concern who are independent professionals who can perform the investigation in an objective manner.
