He passed from IIT Roorkee with a gold medal in the year 2000 and established the studio in 2005. His team is supported by partner and Landscape Principal Anuradha Rathore, 8 associates and over a 40 members. The studio welds its multiple skills in architecture, landscape, interior design and environmental graphics to provide sensible design solutions keeping man and environment in the tallest order. The design philosophy has its roots in Indian values, scientific research, humility, sustainability, spirituality and the art of discovery. The design expression consciously delves in evolving variety getting inspired from THE CONTEXT. The studio has a portfolio of projects ranging from master planning, urban design, mixed used development, leisure and hospitality, healthcare, commercial and residential projects. We love what we do.
Salient is conferred with over 85 design awards till today including 15 international mentions. To name a few:
Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID), World Architecture Festival (WAF), Cityscape Global, Asia – Pacific Awards, CWAB (Top 10 Architect of India), NDTV etc.
The Presentation explores the brilliance in seeing objects in changing illumination over time. The story of changing light and still objects in the world of aesthetics.
It will be an interesting perspective from a learned and creative architect on how he perceives the interaction of lighting with architecture and juxtaposes it in his work.
