Eindhoven, the Netherlands – Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, today announced that it signed a settlement and patent license agreement with the Italian company Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione. Reggiani has therefore joined Signify’s EnabLED licensing program, providing the company access to a wide range of basic LED control and product level technologies. The dispute between the two companies has been resolved.
“We will continue to offer our high-quality architectural lighting” said Matteo Reggiani, CSO of Reggiani SPA Illuminazione. “The license agreement provides us with better access to a wide range of led technologies.”
