    Jeroen van Dinther 

     
    Jeroen has been active in IT and the consultancy domain since 1990 when he started at Capgemini. He joined Wincor Nixdorf in 2010 and is currently active as Retail Consulting Director at Diebold Nixdorf. Jeroen is mainly active as a trusted advisor for retail customers that need and want to innovate. As a technology expert he is bridging the gap between business and technology by developing new solutions that address real business issues that use proven, as well as emerging, technologies. As a strong believer in open innovation, he leverages his creativity, professional network and passion for innovation to push the boundaries and achieve results beyond expectations.

    Sonja Moosburger

     
    Sonja Moosburger is COO of MediaMarktSaturn N3XT GmbH, a subsidiary of the biggest consumer electronics retailer in Europe with brands like Media Markt and Saturn. Since 2014, Sonja is testing new technologies such as robots and instore navigation with her team. She is also involved in the digitization of business models and processes as well as the related opportunities for the MediaMarktSaturn Group. Sonja worked in digitization and retail even before joining the MediaMarktSaturn Group. A graduate in business administration specializing in retail, her previous positions include management consultant at IBM Germany, where she focused on strategy consulting.

    Leading and managing the business development and solutions sales teams across EMEA. Proving solutions to retailers to deliver a better shopping experience while optimizing and improving their efficiencies and productivities in operations.

    Bob Hutten

     
    Bob Hutten is General Director of culinary and hospitality service provider Hutten. With 2000 employees, Hutten is active in party catering, business catering, hospitality services, food service and food care. Hutten wants to be of significance. For each other and today's society, but certainly tomorrow’s too. Significant entrepreneurship goes without saying to Bob Hutten. He is the initiator of De Verspillingsfabriek (The Surplus Food Factory) where they produce tasty products like soups and sauces with residual flows of vegetables. Hutten also endeavours to offer people with a distance to the labor market a workplace. In his presentation he will show you that The Surplus Food Factory is one answer to show the world that it’s possible to reduce food waste. But is it the solution?

    Being the Initiator and Head of the Fresh Education Program for LEHManagement and suppliers of quality products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Wolthuis is a veteran in German-speaking cooperation consultation for retail. He has been reporting on the Dutch food market in German trade media for almost 20 years and has developed successful B2B and B2C campaigns for a large number of Dutch and German customers.
