Eindhoven, the Netherlands – Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, has been awarded the highest Platinum rating from EcoVadis for the fourth year in a row. Signify scored 84 points out of a possible 100, placing it in the top one per cent of all companies assessed. Signify scored in the Outstanding or Advanced ranges across all categories. Prior to 2020, Signify attained EcoVadis Gold medals, which were the highest available before the introduction of Platinum.

This rating is the result of the significant strides Signify has made in the past decade to make both its operations and products more sustainable. For example, Signify has reduced its operational carbon footprint by more than 77 percent since 2010 and is on track to double the pace of the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C scenario by the end of 2025.
