The index is based on the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, which evaluated Signify's overall sustainability performance and awarded the company an impressive score of 79 out of 100.

Signify achieved full scores (100/100 as of September 2, 2024) in 47 categories, including Emissions Reduction Targets, Low-Carbon Products, Resource Efficiency, Life Cycle Assessment, Energy Consumption, Risk Governance and Human Rights Mitigation & Remediation. In the fourth year of Signify's five-year Brighter Lives, Better World 2025 sustainability program, the company remains on target to double the pace of the Paris Agreement 1.5°C scenario, as well as to double its Circular and Brighter lives revenues.
