When the railway network grew in Sweden at the turn of the last century, larger workshops were needed. Today, the central workshop area (CV) is owned by Jernhusen, who specialize in real estate near the railway where they develop and manage maintenance depots for trains.
EuroMaint is one of the tenants in Örebro CV. They do heavy maintenance of train vehicles, and work with heavy machinery, large tools and have truck traffic, which places extra high demands on good lighting. Both for safety, where lighting is of great importance, but also for a good working environment and people’s well-being. And particularly the latter has been a positive experience for the people that work there, and they now feel like they have light that creates a feeling of daylight in the previously dark workshop
